Humble Hearts Counseling Services (HHCS) is a growing private practice that provides a variety of therapeutic services for the community. We are a collaborative practice that thrives off of being able to bounce ideas off of one another in order to serve our community to the best of our abilities.

Who we're looking for

Our mission is “to deliver the highest quality of culturally sensitive counseling services using a client-centered approach. We are driven by a desire to empower clients to heal, grow, and achieve balance using holistic approaches to mental wellness.”

HHCS is looking to expand by adding more licensed clinicians to our group. This is a W2 position, with the option to be full or part-time. HHCS has office locations in Olathe, KS, and Merriam, Ks.


Requirements:
- Average 26-28 (FT) or 12-15 (PT) client-facing hours per week
- Must hold a license in either Kansas or Missouri (LPC, LCPC, PLPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Willing to work with a variety of clients
- Ability to complete clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Blog-writing skills (400 word-count minimum)
- Autonomous and collaborative working style
- Represent HHCS in a professional manner
- Uphold applicable Code of Ethics, along with State statutes and regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Embody a positive, self-motivated, and welcoming personality
